We hear too often "Yoga isn't for me, I can't even touch my toes", "I'm not flexible enough", "I'm too busy to dedicate time to yoga"... And the list goes on. In our experience, these people are the ones who fall in love with yoga after just one class! They are also the people who's bodies are crying out for a deep stretch and their minds are craving some stillness. 

Yoga is not about being flexible or twisting your body into weird and wonderful positions, that is simply the world of "Instagram Yoga". Yoga is so much more than that. It is about learning how to breathe, how to connect the mind and body, it is about strengthening and toning. It is about being present. It is about bringing awareness to your body and pushing it to it's limits, with incredible physical and psychological benefits.

We love yoga and that is why it is at the heart of our retreats. Our yoga classes are designed to suit all, from total beginners to experienced yogis. Expect a sunrise and/or sunset yoga or acroyoga class daily, totalling 5 classes* during your stay.
*please note that the exact number of classes will vary at each retreat.


All our activities from yoga to acroyoga and meditation to hiking are optional, allowing you to fully tailor your Tangerine experience. If you don't fancy the 1.5hrs hike but prefer to relax by the pool or read a book under the shade of a palm tree, then we have the perfect setting for you to do so.


Meditation is like exercise for the brain. Our guided meditation sessions help to reduce stress, improve sleep, sharpen focus and enhance relationships. Here is what one of our guests, a total beginner to meditation, had to say about our meditation sessions:
