With the correct nourishment, the body and mind can achieve wonderful things and surpass our expectations. We take nutrition very seriously at Tangerine Retreats and that is why we have hired the best caterers around. We are incredibly proud to be using these amazing caterers; they put their heart and soul into creating healthy and delicious food for our retreat weekends.
As a guest, you can expect a wonderful array of colourful foods packed with nutrients, flavour and texture to fuel, replenish and energise. All food served is 100% organic and locally/ethically sourced, either from our retreat garden or from local food markets.
We follow a vegetarian/vegan diet as we believe that in order to gain the most from your time on the retreat, this is the best way to detox. Guests can expect a large, hearty and delicious yoga brunch, followed by an afternoon super snack and a tasty dinner (washed down with infused water and ecological wine of course!).
We are happy to accommodate any specific dietary requirements or allergies, but please let us know in advance in order for our chefs to source ingredients that suit you.
During some of the dedicated free time, our chefs enjoy giving informative and hands-on cooking classes.
Please let us know when booking if you would be interested, depending on the retreat this may come at a small additional cost.
