Yoga, acroyoga, meditation, fitness hikes, surfing, stand-up paddle boarding and horse treks are on offer over the duration of your stay.* Furthermore, to enrich both the mind and soul, reflexology, reiki, sports massage, holistic massage, thai massage and cacao ceremonies are available at our retreats.
